• A security deposit ($150 for log cabins) is required to secure a reservation.  This can be done with a personal check or credit card.

​

• In the event of the need to cancel a reservation, the deposit is refundable (less a $25 fee) if the cancellation is done within 3 weeks prior to the stay. However, if we are unable to fill your cabin with another group before your visit, you will be charged the $150 cancellation fee. 

​

• The Moose Lodge cabin is a non-refundable reservation and must be paid for in advance. If multiple cabins are rented, the reservation is non-refundable and must be paid in advance.  Otherwise, payment for the stay is required upon arrival.

​

• The security deposit is refunded at check-out (or within 2 weeks of departure if check-out is not performed).

​

• We ask people to bring their own linens due to wear and tear on our septic system. We can provide linens such as towels, bedsheets, and blankets as a set for $10.00/set. Pillows are already provided in the cabin.

​

• The above prices do not include our local tax. 

​

• For the comfort of all, Pleasant Valley does not permit inside smoking. 

​

• We do permit pets in our Bird's Nest Cabin Only (with prior arrangement). There is a $15 pet fee (per pet) for a 2-night stay and $5 (per pet) for each additional night.
